We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Studio Assistant to join our floral studio team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a fast paced creative environment. No two days are the same, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in wherever needed and become our go to support person in the studio.

Responsibilities

• Processing and cleaning fresh flowers

• Organizing studio supplies and materials

• Running errands and picking up supplies

• Assisting with floral prep and event preparation

• Loading and unloading flowers, buckets, and supplies

• Keeping the studio running smoothly throughout busy days

• Supporting with miscellaneous day to day tasks as needed

• Answering emails and customer inquiries

• Assisting with administrative tasks and studio organization

• Helping manage orders, schedules, and daily workflow

• Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner

• Assisting with inventory and supply tracking

• Helping with social media or content tasks when needed

Schedule

Flexible hours, but ideally available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Typical shifts will likely be around 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM depending on workload and events.

Pay

$20-23/hour on payroll
