We connect on a call to discuss your wedding in detail and create a tailored proposal. This serves as the foundation for your custom floral design, with flexibility to refine as your plans evolve.

Next, we dive into the creative details refining floral selections, sizing, and overall design. A personalized mood-board helps you visualize your wedding flowers and ensures every detail reflects your vision (This is usually 3-5 months out).

After finalizing details and securing your date, we maintain ongoing communication and support. On your wedding day, our team brings your vision to life with precision, artistry, and thoughtful execution.

We are located in Brant, ON and service all of Hamilton, Brant, Cambridge, Kitchener, Guelph, GTA, and Niagara Region.

Our full service wedding minimum is $4500. Commonly, our clients spend between $5-10K (or an average of $50-100 per guest) to achieve the style and likeness we are known for. This average includes the cost of your wedding florals, small rentals, like candles, and the labour to produce, deliver, set up, transfers, etc.

We consider requests for elopements and micro weddings, as well as other celebrations like baby and bridal showers, corporate parties, birthdays, and anniversaries. It is dependent upon our availability. You may inquire as early as three months prior to the event date.

We typically book our weddings 6-12 months prior to the wedding date. We limit the number of weddings we take on each year to ensure the quality of service remains high for all of our clients, as well as gives us time to keep a healthy work / life balance, rejuvenate our creativity, and work on other projects

We LOVE working with wedding planners! Ideally, if you think we would be the best fit for your client, please reach out via email directly with your request for an estimate. We prefer to have a good understanding of the design and client's wishes so that we can ensure we are a great fit too! We don't want to be just a number on a list - relationships are important! Providing as much detail as possible is always best, so please include a mood board, floor plan, and quantities with your email. We will review, confirm availability, and get you a numerical estimate as soon as possible to discuss with your clients
