An immersive design and business refinement experience
This is not a beginner workshop.
This is a private, in-depth session for florists who are ready to refine their eye, elevate their mechanics, and strengthen the business side of their craft.
Join me in the Windflower studio for a one-on-one intensive where we dive into how I approach florals, layering textures, building movement, designing with intention, and creating work that feels modern, editorial, and luxury without excess.
Over approximately 2–3 hours, we focus on both design execution and profitable strategy.
During every intensive, we will cover:
• Developing elevated colour stories
• Selecting florals that read luxury, not standard
• Creating depth, negative space, and natural movement
• Bouquet mechanics that photograph beautifully from every angle
• Designing with restraint and intention
And importantly:
• Flower recipe writing — how to document your designs clearly and professionally
• Sourcing strategy — how I choose suppliers and seasonal product
• Pricing for profit — breaking down costs properly so your work supports your business
You won’t just leave with a beautiful arrangement, you’ll leave understanding how to recreate it profitably.
This session is fully hands-on. You’ll design alongside me, ask real questions, and receive honest, constructive feedback designed to push you forward.
If you’d like to go deeper, we can extend your intensive to include larger scale centrepieces, ceremony installations, or advanced mechanics. Professional content creation can also be arranged so you leave with polished, portfolio-ready imagery.
